We will be amongst the 31,000 runners in this amazing Manchester event participating for our 5th consecutive year. Once more MaK has a running team of 25 and also a MaK volunteer race management team.

This is a fundraising event which has contributed thousands of pounds to the creation of the Manchester Peace Park. Please contact MaK if you would like either to run for MaK or volunteer to help the race director (possibly handing out water as last year in our team) to raise funds for the completion of the Manchester Peaace Park in Kosova.

The organsiers of the event, Britain's premier run organisation, Nova International, kindly supported MaK and the Kosovar Athletics Federation in Kosova in 2006, with the Great Manchester Peace Park Run. We hope the winners of the elite that day, Kosovar athletes Rrahim Mani and Myrvete Pervetica, will again represent Kosova in Manchester in 2008.
